Thu Tha Biography
1953 - Born in Yangon
Education and Career
Interested in painting since childhood with influence of art master Ko Shwe Oung Thame
1970 Continued to study art from U Thaung Myint
1969 to 1970 - Commenced drawing cartoon with pen name, and also numerous illustrations in many Myanmar magazines
1970 to 1999 - Worked as commercial designer and started painting
1988 to 1998 - Studied litho, graphic art work and established a publishing and film setting studio for photo litho publishing’s
1999 - Exhibiting art show of modern and abstract paintings
2004 - Taken art guidance from art master U Ba Win
Currently working as graphic designer and freelance artist
